Ok well i know that i haven't posted anything in a long time but i just haven't had anything to really talk about. Well as my title indicates i'm talking about the famous phrase. "You don't know what you got til its gone" also one of my favorite Janet songs. Well everybody i've lost something. but let me just say this. I always knew what i had was special. Just didn't know how special I was. So i pushed that special something away. Not cause i didn't want it but because i was unsure of myself. even though for six years that something has been the only thing i was sure about in the world. I tell you man. life is crazy. So now i'm left with regrets, guilt and sorry. Wishing i could take back all i said or might not have said. Its not a great place to be man. I once told my friend Deonte' that I didn't understand his fascination with the singer Leona Lewis. Well i just want to take this moment to say D. I get it now. I understand.

RENEW YOURSELF
Ok I know that i have been away for a while now. Though when i started this I knew this was not going to be an everyday blog. Plus i've been in a lil slump lately so I just haven't been in the mood and wasn't motivated to write anything. Life is hard people and if you really think about it it is not that long at all. The years tend to fly by so fast. We just have to find a way to enjoy the good times with family and friends. Don't let the stress keep us down and "keep moving forward". I stole the quote from "Meet The Robinsons". lol I love that movie. Anyway I'm sure things will work out for me in the end. Thats pretty much all i had to say for today. Before i go though I was looking for some pictures of David Banner online today since I kinda like him and think he is cute. So i found a picture of him plus some other people that I like that I want to post.

Run And Tell That
Ok so yesterday as i was watching what i would like to call my movie of the month which is "Hairspray". If you don't know i just love musicals. I'm so ........
we gonna leave that alone. Anyway. One of my favorite songs in the movie came on which is "Run And Tell That" which is performed by Elijah Kelley's character. Well as i was watchin it made me think about how people always have to run there mouths about stuff. I've come to the conclusion that some people just like to talk and have to talk about any and every lil thing. It could be the most insignificant thing or a super secret that people are gonna run and tell somebody. I also come to realize that this is not a matter of gender either. Guys run there mouths just as much as girls. Sometimes even more. ESPECIALLY the GAYS lol. Some people even try to tell you stuff after you let them know that you don't care to hear what they have to say. Ugh it gets on my nerves. Mainly because I'm not really big on gossip. Yeah true sometimes I like to hear a good story but I don't need to know what Everyone is doing in their damn lives and I'm definitely not one to pass it along to others. Bottom line is at the end of the day who really cares? Nobody really. Now. Run and Tell That

LIVING THE LIE
Living the lie for some is easy to do
You just keep right ahead doing what you do
Build up a front so people will never know
How you truly feel you, you just will not show
Afraid others will not like the person you are
But you are who you are and what you lived thus far
Family and friends all love this lie you live
Just to keep them with you, the lie you continue to give

Ok so this is my first blog on this here blogspot and let me just say i'm feeling pretty good. Up above is a poem I wrote some years ago. I always like to share that poem becuase it makes me think of a special period in my life. OK its Saturday July 5th and let me just say that my friday was off the hook. Went to Six Flags yesterday and had a great time. I made some new friends and won a stuffed animal, ate some funnel cake and got really wet in the rain. lol GREAT DAY .
